Return Policy

ALL sales are FINAL no returns. Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all refund and exchange policies are voided.

EXCHANGE is available within 3 days of recieving hair. Once hair has been tampered with colored or instaled we CANNOT exchange the hair. We will only exchange hair for defects. In ONLY extreme cases will we exchange hair case by case within 7 days. Any day after 7 days sale is FINAL no returns or exchanges. Please email EmbellishedGlam@yahoo.com with questions or concerns.
